Rev. Robert Hasley, Jr.
Rev. Robert Hasley is a 1974 graduate of Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, and received his masters of theology and doctorate of ministry degrees from Perkins Theological Seminary in 1977 and 1978, respectively. He served as associate pastor of Highland Park United Methodist Church in Dallas from 1978-1986, prior to becoming organizing pastor at St. Andrew United Methodist Church of Plano in 1986, where he continues to serve as senior pastor today.
A strong commitment to leadership in civic organizations is an extension of Robert’s dedication to the principles of faith which often inspire and guide community service. Robert currently serves as chairman of the Committee on District Superintendency for the Dallas Northeast District of the North Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Methodist Hospital System and also serves on the Pastoral Care Advisory Committee of Children’s Medical Center of Dallas. He is a member of the Diversity Advocacy Committee for the Plano Independent School District and is a past chairman of the Board of Higher Education and Campus Ministry of the North Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church. Rev. Hasley served as a member of the Creating Congregations Task Force for the North Texas Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church in 1995. His leadership roles for the Plano Independent School District included responsibilities as a member of the Curriculum Advisory Committee during 1993. That role followed work begun in 1990 with the Citizenship Advisory Committee for the Strategic Visioning Effort to make Plano ISD a World Class School District. Contact: 214-291-8029.
Rev. Steve Robertson
Rev. Steve Robertson is a native of Dallas, graduating from Dallas Sunset High School. His undergraduate degree was earned at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas. He received his seminary education from SMU’s Perkins School of Theology. Prior to his appointment to St. Andrew, Steve was the Senior Pastor at the Floral Heights United Methodist Church in Wichita Falls, Texas. Before going to Floral Heights, Steve was the Executive Pastor at the University Park UMC in Dallas for seven years. Steve has also served as Senior Pastor at the Wesley UMC in Wichita Falls and The First UMC in Forney, Texas. He and his wife, Connie, met while Steve was an Associate Pastor at First United Methodist Church in Plano. They have two children, Jacob and Erin. Contact: 214-291-8029.
Rev. Arthur Jones
Associate Pastor, Lead Pastor of The Well
Rev. Arthur Jones is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church and has had the privilege of launching and leading The Well since 2012. Arthur received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and his Master of Divinity degree from Duke Divinity School. Having grown up in a family of preachers (Arthur is a fifth generation Methodist preacher), he has been around the church his entire life and is ready to see it engage his generation in a new way. Rev. Jennifer Arnold
Rev. Jennifer Arnold is a Licensed Local Pastor in the United Methodist Church and serves as the Director of Missions and Outreach. She previously served as the Director of the Nursery program at St. Andrew for eight years, Associate Director of Pastoral Care for two years, and Minister to Children and Families for four years. Jennifer was also instrumental in founding the Gary’s Angels Ministry at our church. Rev. JoNell Lindh
Pastor, Saturday Night
Rev. JoNell Lindh was born in San Antonio, Texas, grew up on a farm in Kansas, and taught elementary music for almost 20 years before she was called into ministry at a Walk to Emmaus women's retreat in 1980. JoNell has a Master of Music from Texas Women's University and a Master of Divinity from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University in Ft. Worth. Prior to coming to St. Andrew JoNell served as an Associate Pastor at University Park UMC, and served as a Chaplain at Children's Medical Center and Charlton Methodist Hospital. She most recently retired from full time ministry after serving Chapel Hill UMC in Farmers Branch for six years as the Senior Pastor. She is married to Jody Lindh and they have two grown children, Katrina and Eric, and six grandchldren. Contact: 214-291-8040.
Rev. Pam White
Rev. Pam White has a Master of Divinity degree from Perkins School of Theology at SMU and is a Licensed Local Pastor in the United Methodist Church. Prior to joining our staff she served as the Pastor of Poetry United Methodist Church. Pam was born and raised in Dallas and attended the University of North Texas. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and before entering the ministry had a general counseling private practice with a specialty in psychophysiology. Rev. Chad McSwain

Associate Pastor of The Well
Rev. Chad McSwain is a Licensed Local Pastor in the United Methodist Church. He is a recent M.Div. graduate of Perkins School of Theology at SMU. He also has a MAT in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary and BA in Philosophy from the University of Central Oklahoma. Chad has served in ministry for nine years as a youth pastor and associate pastor. Chad most recently served at Creekwood UMC in Allen, Texas. Chad and Brandi are originally from Oklahoma, where they enjoy Hideaway Pizza and Sooner Football. They have three children, Abigail, Xander, and Eliana. Rev. Sara Hardaway
Rev. Sara Hardaway is an ordained elder of the United Methodist Church and has served small and larges churches in the North Texas Conference. Sara received a BA in English in creative writing and History from McMurray University in Abilene, Texas. She received an M.Div. from Perkins School of Theology at SMU. Sara was born in Anchorage, Alaska and grew up in Abilene. She has a twin sister, Elizabeth, who is an attorney in Houston. Minister of Music and Worship
Chris Crook joined the staff of St. Andrew in 1998, immediately upon completion of his MM in choral conducting. His responsibilities include the administration of the music staff, overseeing the St. Andrew Academy of Music, planning and leading worship, and directing the youth and adult choirs. Chris received degrees in voice, organ and choral conducting from Mississippi College and Baylor University. He is an active member and clinician with American Choral Directors Association, Texas Choral Directors Association and Choristers Guild and has led music camps for the North Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church. Chris is a member of the advisory board for the Center for Christian Music Studies at Baylor University. He has been a church musician since the age of 9; and prior to this position at St. Andrew, Chris served several churches in Mississippi and Texas. Contact: 214-291-8037.
Youth Ministry Director
Reese Popst was born in Dallas and grew up attending St. Andrew. During his time at Texas A&M, Reese served as the Youth Pastor at First United Methodist Church in Caldwell, Texas. After A&M, he earned his CPA license and worked in public accounting. All the while, he stayed connected to ministry, looking for the right opportunity to respond to what he has always loved and feels called to do: teaching others about Jesus. Minister to Children and Families
Kim Meyers is continuing her studies at SMU’s Perkins School of Theology pursuing her ordination as a Deacon in the United Methodist Church. Prior to her accepting this position, Kim served at Crossway United Methodist (a new church start sponsored by Grace Avenue UMC of Frisco), as Ministry Coordinator. In this role, Kim was responsible for overseeing the entire education ministry of the new church, including nursery, children, and youth ministries. Before accepting the position at Crossway, Kim was the Director of Rainbow Center, the large and successful pre-school program at Grace Avenue. As director, Kim was responsible for classroom management, teacher recruitment and development, curriculum, managing the annual budget process, overseeing staff, and all communications to parents. Prior to working in Christian education, Kim taught elementary school in Richardson, Plano, and Frisco. She is married to Dan, and they have two sons: Cody and Dylan. Contact: 214-291-8008.
Dr. Scott Engle
Dr. Scott Engle joined the St. Andrew staff in 2002 and has led St. Andrew’s Bible teaching ministries since then. Scott teaches a variety of popular classes during the week and a large adult class on Sunday mornings. Scott has also written more than 500 weekly Bible studies over the last ten years, having made these an integral part of St. Andrew’s commitment to teaching Scripture. In the fall of 2007, Scott took on the role of Teaching Pastor, inaugurating a teaching service each Sunday at 9:30 a.m., in which Scott continues to be the primary preacher. Scott holds a Ph.D. from the University of North Texas, in addition to an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BA from Louisiana Tech University.
