Hospital Visitation
The Pastoral clergy regularly visit the area hospitals to attend to the needs of patients and their families. Prayer is an important part of the healing process. It is part of the clergy’s ministry to pray with patients and families before surgery if desired by the patient.
If you are preparing for a stay in the hospital and would like to be added to the hospital visitation list, email Donna Fenwick with hospital name, entering date/time of surgery, and nature of hospitalization.

Sharing Life
Sharing Life is a new and exciting ministry focused on providing church and community members with an opportunity to share their common but often challenging life experiences of the past with fellow members who may be experiencing the same challenges today. Volunteers of Sharing Life are great listening partners but are not poblem solvers or trained counselors. They are best summed up by their stated values:
- Caring friends who will listen and not tell
- Bound together by service to God
- In communion with those in need
- Sharing what we have in common
The goal of Sharing Life is to have 24 trained volunteers dedicated to the mission, vision and values. Although it is a peer-to-peer lay program, each Sharing Life volunteer attends several sessons of targeted training educating them on the most effective methods to listen and share.
If you have experienced loss in your life, illness for yourself or a loved one, job challenges or any other of life's common but painful challenges and are willing to listen and share with others who are in need, than Sharing Life may be for you.
