“Stuck On You” Labels
“Stuck On You” is a fun, innovative company, established in 1995 with the purpose of helping parents organize their hectic households. Our great system allows you to choose from a wide range of quality stick-on labels, then customize them with a name or message, teamed with an appropriate icon. Commission for your order will be automatically credited to the St. Andrew fundraiser.
CWP Parent Group Volunteer Opportunities
All parents of enrolled children are members of the CWP Parent Group. The following is a list of events and fundraisers hosted by the CWP Parent Group during the school year.
“WELCOME BACK” STAFF LUNCHEON ~ Volunteers decorate and prepare a casual luncheon to welcome the CWP staff back to school.
MEET AND GREET PARENT COFFEE ~ Volunteers plan a time for CWP parents to get to know one another the first week of school.
FALL FAMILY FUN NIGHT ~ Volunteers plan, facilitate, decorate and organize events on the night of Open House which include a fellowship dinner and entertainment.
FALL FUNDRAISER ~ Volunteers assist in the planning, advertising, and promotion of a school fundraiser in the fall,
SPRING MUSIC PROGRAM ~ This special event is for the 4-year-old and Pre- K classes. Volunteers prepare a family-friendly reception after the program. This event takes place on two consecutive nights in the evening of the spring semester.
STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK ~ Volunteers organize a week of special events to show appreciation towards the CWP staff.
PARENT FIX-IT ~ Volunteers “lend a helping hand” around the school when needed (painting, general repair, playground upkeep, etc.).
SPECIAL EVENTS ~ Volunteers help with school pictures and screening events.
SNAP SHOT ~ Volunteers photograph special school events, classroom activities and provide photos for the school newsletter and bulletin board.
SUNSHINE COMMITTEE ~ Volunteers provide special treats for the CWP staff throughout the year.
IN-SERVICE HOSPITALITY ~ Volunteers provide breakfast or lunch for the teachers during staff in-service days.
GARDEN COMMITTEE ~ Volunteers help plant and maintain the CWP garden.
MEMORY BOOK ~ Volunteers help to compile a memory book of special CWP events.
OTHER PROJECTS WHICH ARE DONE BY INDIVIDUAL PARENTS:
SCHOOL BULLETIN BOARD ~ A parent volunteer decorates and updates the school bulletin board. Information should include important upcoming school dates and events, along with community activities, news, and support groups.
HOLIDAY DECORATIONS ~ A parent volunteer decorates CWP hallways during the holiday seasons. All items will be provided for the volunteer.
COMMUNITY LIASION ~ A parent volunteer will help to provide community information (events and services) for the school newsletter and post information on the school community bulletin board.
MISSION WEEK CORDINATOR ~ A parent volunteer will help to coordinate at home helpers and parent volunteers the week of our mission experience.

Inclement Weather
In the event of severe weather (snow, ice), we will follow Plano ISD closings. If they are closed, we are closed. If Plano ISD opens school late, we are closed. Occasionally, the City will ask businesses to close because of utility shortages due to heavy residential use. If the Church is asked to close, your child’s teacher will call you at home as soon as possible. Snow/Ice days will not be made up. Please watch the major television stations and listen to the radio for school closings. They usually begin reporting closings by 7:00 a.m.
