Back to School Kickoff Events on August 20
Before you head back to school, head back to church for one more round of summer fun! 6th-12th grades can enjoy food and games on campus in the evening from 4:00-6:00 p.m. No cost or registration required, but we’ll have Steel City Pops, so you may bring money if you like. You’ll be home in plenty of time to make your parents happy.
High School Lunch Bunch
High School students: come join us for Lunch Bunch in the Youth Commons. We meet each Wednesday during Plano West A and B lunches: 11:45 a.m. and 12:40 p.m. Suggested donation is $2 for a pasta, corn dog, hamburger or sub sandwich lunch. Bring your friends!
Lunch Bunch will resume September 6. We have volunteer openings for parents willing to work in a group for 3 hours each month. Click here for more information on the Lunch Bunch program or contact Cathy Allen.
Middle School 412
Middle School students meet Sunday evenings in room 239 (Festival Hall) from 6:00-7:30 p.m. Enjoy a time of fun and fellowship with friends! Contact Devin Dusek for for more information. MS 412 resumes on September 10.
High School Lighthouse Groups

Lighthouse groups are student-led, staff-attended bible study groups that meet any week we don’t have a United Night. We gather at students’ homes from 7:00-8:30 p.m. on Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Groups are open to all high school students and resume August 27.

Same Page Parent Meeting

Parents of middle and high school students are invited to get on the SAME PAGE. We’ll talk about our school-year programming and hear the results of our 2017 Camp Impact Survey. Back by popular demand, counselor Jenny Gomez will discuss the emotional health of our students. No registration required.

This popular program brings together 5th and 6th graders, their parents, and adult leaders for a faith-filled comprehensive study of human sexuality - God’s call to intimacy and responsibility. Our next session will be held at St. Andrew October 12-14. Registration will open Tuesday, September 5. Cost of $50 includes book, supplies and Saturday lunch.
