Promotion Sunday
Sunday, August 15 9:30 a.m.
All parents and children 3 years (by September 1st) through entering 5th grade are invited to a special ceremony and reception, acknowledging this milestone for our children as they progress to the next age/grade level.
Parents are asked to remain with their children during the ceremony and reception. Sunday school will not be offered at 9:30 a.m. Nursery will be available for children 2 and under.
August 22 ~ Children will attend their new class. This will be an exciting day for our children, although there may be some anxiety, it is very special. We have wonderful teachers who will welcome each and every child into their new classroom.
7th Annual Religious Awards
"Overnight Adventure"
Children have the opportunity to fulfill their promise of "Serving God" while enjoying fun and fellowship with Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts of other faiths. Each child will earn the appropriate Religious Award of their Faith.
Tour of Churches and Synagogue - Prayer Walk
9:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 3 - Check In Begins at 8:00 a.m.
Pick Up After the "Awards Ceremony", Wednesday, August 4, 6:00 p.m.

2nd Sunday Family Lunch
A family fellowship opportunity sponsored by the Children and Family Ministry Board, which takes place on the second Sunday of each month. Join us for lunch in Wesley Hall, immediately following the 11:00 a.m. Worship service. Lunch is free but the fellowship is priceless!
