The Singles Ministry at St. Andrew exists to create a nurturing, safe, healthy environment where single adults of all ages and stages can grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and one another through focus on spiritual, social, service, and support-based programs.
Check out each group’s social networking site that includes member profiles, message boards, and a calendar of spiritual and social events. If you'd like to have access to the Meetup groups, you'll be asked for your email address and password (all of which are private), then you choose to make public whatever information you want.
30Somethings
If you are in the "30 Somethings" age group, you will love this group of professional adults which meets together on Sunday mornings, then often goes to lunch after class. We attend the 9:30 a.m. Teaching Worship service in the main Sanctuary, then meet for coffee in Piro Hall 1 (below the main Sanctuary) at 10:30 a.m. before class begins at 11:00 a.m. Come join us. We would love to get to know you!
40+Singles
Looking for a group of active, spirited "40+" aged individual adults? Join us for the Teaching Worship service in the main Sanctuary on Sundays at 9:30 a.m. If you contact us, we'll meet you at the Information Desk in the lobby of the church, and introduce you to everyone! We meet at 10:30 a.m. in Piro Hall 4 (below the main Sanctuary) for coffee and an engaging and interactive Sunday school class. We gather as a large group, then break into discussion groups by life stages and interests.
Alpha
The Alpha Course is an incredible opportunity for single adults to grow in their faith through study and small group discussion. Offered in the spring, summer and fall, this non-denominational 10 week course offers single only groups so people can really get to know each other. Click here for details.
Spiritual Focus
There is a strong spiritual emphasis on the Singles Ministry at St. Andrew. We are committed to making disciples for Jesus Christ and we keep a clear focus on faith growth and development.
Social Focus
We have great Social Committees that plan all kinds of fabulous events, activities and outings. Things pop up all the time so the best way to stay connected is by joining our Meetup group!
Support Focus
Our Support Team provides that little extra help when needed: meals after surgery, a visit in the hospital, a note when you're sick, etc. If you'd like to volunteer to be on a Care team or you need some help, please contact us and we'll do our best to be there for you.
Service Focus
The St. Andrew Singles are committed to serving others. We work with Habitat for Humanity, Shoes for Kids, Crop Walk, God's Food Pantry, and others, and we take a weekly donation in class that goes toward class-sponsored missions.
You'll find all of our events, including our mission events, on Meetup.
