To Login to the Calendar

Step 1.)  Login is located below the calendar so you may need to scroll down.

Step 2.)  To request a login click here.

Step 3.)  Enter your Username, Password, and click LOGIN.

Step 4.)  When you have logged in, your personal calendar will appear.

Step 5.)  Your personal events are in Green and the main calendar events are in Blue.

 

To Sign-up for (lights, Sound, Video, etc. during worship)

Step 1.)  Check the schedule that nobody else is signed up for the time you want!

Step 2.)  You will see the "Master" schedule in Blue.

Step 3.)  Click on the day you wish to sign up for.  A new page will appear.

Step 4.)  In the "Brief Description" Enter one of the following:

Lights-(your initials here)

Sound-(your initials here)

PPoint-(your initials here)

Step 5.)  In the "Full Description" Enter your full name and for what you will be volunteering.

Step 6.)  Set the time field for 9AM.

(You are signing up to run BOTH services and you need to be at the church by 8:55 AM)

Step 7.)  In the "Participants" field Select BOTH your name and PUBLIC ACCESS!

(Ensure that you do this as it is how everyone can see that you signed up.)

Step 8.)  Click Save and you are done.  (Any other fields are OPTIONAL)

Step 9.)  Logout and check the main Public Calendar and verify that you can see your entry.

 

To Sign-up for a wedding

Step 1.)  View the calendar for weddings scheduled.

Step 2.)  Locate a wedding with "Not Filled" in the description.

Step 3.)  Complete the wedding form.  Click Here to go to the form.

Step 4.)  Your name will be added shortly to the calendar.

 

To Schedule an Event

Step 1.)  Click on the day you wish to add a new event.  A new page will appear.

Step 2.)  Enter fields appropriately.

Step 3.)  In "Participants" Enter yourself for your private calendar, Public Access for Everyone, or Both.

Step 4.)  Click Save and you are done.

 

To Change your Email / Password

Step 1.)  Login to the calendar.

Step 2.)  Click on Account

Step 3.)  You can now change your Email or Password.

Step 4.)  Click Save or Set Password depending on what you change and your done.
