Holy Week and Easter

Services online

Holy Week is one of the most significant parts of our Christian story. Being present for the Last Supper and Good Friday are key to more fully understanding the resurrection.

After Palm Sunday, the last thing the disciples expected was pain and loss. We join them Thursday at the Last Supper for communion and follow them through the devastation of Good Friday. Through these services we better understand Easter Sunday — the celebration of Jesus' rebirth and defeat of death. Join us as we relive the story of Jesus’ passion: a story of both immense loss and joyful celebration.

All worship services through the end of April, including Holy Week and Easter, will be held online.

Service Overviews

Maundy Thursday | April 9, 7:00 p.m.
We will participate in Holy Communion together as a church family. To prepare, please have some form of bread and juice to serve to one another. Pastors will provide instructions for serving Communion.

Good Friday | April 10, 7:00 p.m.
Through music and word, we remember Jesus' sacrifice on the cross with a service of darkness. We suggest you light five candles in the space where you are worshiping. As you see a candle extinguished during the service, extinguish one of your own.

Easter Weekend | April 11 and 12
