Confirmation Class

Confirmation refers to the decision a person makes to respond to God’s grace with intentional commitment, publicly reaffirming his or her baptismal vows before the congregation. Confirmands are youth in the 8th grade who learn about the meaning of Christian faith, the history and teachings of the United Methodist Church, and an explanation of the baptismal and membership vows they will be professing. For questions or more information, contact Confirmation Coordinator Holly Blais.

Confirmation Kickoff

Join other confirmands and their parents as we begin our Confirmation year together.  The Confirmation Kickoff will be from 2:30pm-4:30pm on Saturday, March 27.  We will begin and end our time together in the Sanctuary.  Come and learn more about what the year will look like, hear from former confirmands and the effect the program had on their faith walks as well as from parents whose kids have gone through the program.   We will end our time with a special (but short) Service of Dedication.  This event is only for confirmands and their parents.  Due to space restrictions, we cannot include siblings. CLICK HERE to register.
