Confirmation Class

Confirmation refers to the decision a person makes to respond to God’s grace with intentional commitment, publicly reaffirming his or her baptismal vows before the congregation. Confirmands are youth in the 8th grade who learn about the meaning of Christian faith, the history and teachings of the United Methodist Church, and an explanation of the baptismal and membership vows they will be professing. For questions or more information, contact Confirmation Coordinator Holly Blais.

Current 8th grade students:

A Confirmation Information meeting for parents of current 8th graders will be held in Festival Hall on Sunday, October 17th at 5:30pm.  At that time, you will hear an overview of the Confirmation program (including important dates and times), meet the Student Ministry staff, have an opportunity to get your questions answered and find out how to register your student. If you have any questions beforehand, please email Holly Blais, Confirmation Coordinator.
